The new year is off and running. We have started Branch Conferences, had missionary interviews, opened a new church building, missionaries finishing up their missions and new ones beginning. Never a slow moment. Here is a glimpse of some of our fun times.
Primary in Paita during one of our Branch Conferences. I visit the Primaries and Young Women and share some thoughts with them. Chad visits with the youth in Sunday School and Priesthood. It is fun to be in Primary, the kids love the Primary songs and are preparing to be missionaries!
A new church building in the Miraflores Stake. The Algarrobos Ward attends and they are so proud of their new chapel. We thought Adam and Eve on their Welcome poster was an interesting choice.
Elder Iribar, Chad and Elder Canete in front of the building. These are Chad's assistants and they are great examples, hard workers, all around good missionaries. We love them and appreciate all they do. Many missionaries were greeting people for the Open House and giving tours.

Hermanas Vargas and Aranda invited us to their baptisms in the Nuevo Tallanes Ward. Some family members of the Bishop and a young man were baptized.
